Over the last 20 years Celebrate America creative Arts Director Kent Ferrin and his wife Kathy along with their Church families have put on different Patriotic events around the country. When Kathy learned from the Placer Hearld that after 40 years of producing and funding the Rocklin Jubilee the City of Rocklin decided to cancel this years event due to insufficient funds she knew they had to do something.
Well, with 8 weeks and no time to rest Kent went to work and approached the City of Rocklin about the possibility of his new home Church Sunset Christian Center in Rocklin funding a new FREE community replacement for the Jubilee called Celebrate America.
The rest as they say is now becoming history and when you come to Celebrate America on Saturday, June 27th at Twin Oaks Park in Rocklin you’ll be a part of that histroy. Get there as early as possible on that history making day to get your own copy of the very first edition of the Celebrate America program guide. It will not only show you when and where things are happening on this special day, but it will inform you about the many local companies that champion patriotism, freedom, the American way of life and believe in supporting local community events.
We are expecting up to 10,000 people to attend this special history making event and are confident that most of the attendees will be taking this very first edition of the Celebrate America program guide home with them. This will enable them to keep a part of history and share it with their family and friends for yours to come.
Did you ever attend the Rocklin Jubilee? If so, please post your best memories in the comment box below so we can keep that part of history alive as well for years to come.

We have lived in Rocklin for 26 years & never missed but a couple Jubilees. My whole family, kids & grandkids waited each year for that celebration. I always felt the one thing lacking was more Patriotic songs, that always brings out the best in people & reminds us what America is all about. I have seen the rehearsal & everyone should see this!! It is going to be AWESOME!!!
Everyone will leave there feeling very proud to be An American!
Our family had been scattered through out the US and germany for years so it was great last year for the first time in about 15 years to have all 3 of our children and 7 grandkids together for the 4th celebration. The last time we did this was in Berlin Germany where we lived for 27 years since I worked for the militarythere.
